How do I upload my photos?

Simply choose your magnet pack size and upload your photos directly onto the product page before checkout.

What size are the magnets?

Each magnet measures 2"x2".

What photo quality works best?

For the best results, we recommend using clear, high-resolution photos. In most cases, photos taken on newer smartphones work just fine! I can use screenshots and older memories as long as the image is visible and not blurred.

Can I upload duplicate photos?

Absolutely! If you want multiple magnets using the same photo, simply upload the photo multiple times or leave a note with your order.

How long does processing take?

Orders are handmade and typically shipped or ready for local pick up within 1-2 business days.

Are the magnets glossy or matte?

My magnets have a glossy photo finish that enhances color, detail, and vibrancy.

What happens to my uploaded photos?

Your photos are used solely to create your custom order. I will not sell, share, or use your images for marketing without your permission.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because orders are custom-made using your personal photos, there are not returns or cancellations allowed once production has started. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me and I will do my best to help.
